NUR-SULTAN, KAZAKHSTAN — Kazakhstan’s grain and flour exports were up 4.5% in the first four months of the marketing season, Reuters reported citing the nation’s agriculture ministry.
The nation exported 2.734 million tonnes in the season that started in July.
Wheat and wheat flour exports totaled 1.934 million tonnes and 700,000 tonnes, respectively. The most popular sales destinations included Central Asian countries and Afghanistan.
