ISTANBUL, TURKEY — Alapala Academy and Innovation Center has started its operation as a part of Alapala’s research and development center.
The innovation center has the latest milling equipment technology, which will help customers experience Alapala’s grain milling solutions and provide customer detailed training.
The center includes:
- Testing the product performance and determining the effects of engineering changes on the product.
- Obtaining more information from the SCADA system using MIS software.
- Development of new products and processes specifically in line with customer needs and requests.
- Real factory-scale testing and verification of the improvements will be carried out.
Görkem Alapala, chief executive officer, said it is of great importance to lead the way under the roof of the R&D Center, which became operational last year.
