The Minot facility offers pulse cleaning and processing services and a finished product warehouse where a variety of locally sourced peas and lentils are stored, processed, bagged and shipped to destination customers worldwide.

Strong global demand fundamentals in the Middle East and Asia continue to drive increased pulse acreage. By increasing our footprint in these crops, we are able to better serve this demand while bringing Viterra's expertise and value to local producers," said Bob Miller, Viterra's senior vice-president, grain North America.
The agreement was signed on June 15 and closed on June 20.
