ISTANBUL, TURKEY — Alapala recently completed a production capacity expansion for Olam Ghana’s flour mill.
The mill initially opened in 2011 with a production capacity of 500 tonnes per day.
In order to meet the increase in demand in Ghana, Olam increased its total production capacity to 1,100 tonnes per day, with 100 tonnes in the first phase and 500 tonnes in the second phase.
Alapala also supplied a 40,000-tonne silo for the project.
