The company began work on assembling the Neuero ship loader that has a capacity of 1,000 tonnes per hour, according to the publication.
The Risoil terminal at the Chornomorsk port was commissioned in 2016.
Services offered by Geneva, Switzerland-based Risoil include logistics of oil, bulk and general cargo in the ports of the Black Sea, sale and production of vegetable oils, trade in grain and oilseeds in containers, storage and processing of agro-industrial products.
