The new company, GrainCorp Ukraine Ltd., was registered with the Ukrainian state registry on May 14, Reuters said.
The news agency said the announcement comes several months after GrainCorp unveiled plans to establish a presence Ukraine for the 2018 crop.
Ukraine is among the world’s largest global grain producers and exports, with plans to harvest more than 60 million tonnes of grain this year.
