MISSION, KANSAS, U.S. – The Redwood Commodities Group, LLC, of Mission, Kansas, U.S., said its grain dealer license has been reinstated by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. It had been suspended last week due to delayed document filings.

“The Redwood Commodities Group, LLC presented the Grain Warehouse Bureau with all required information in accordance with Iowa Code 203,” said Dustin Vande Hoef of the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. “Upon review of the information provided by Redwood, our department confirms they meet all financial solvency requirements to operate as a grain dealer in the state of Iowa. As such, we have reinstated the Iowa grain dealer license for The Redwood Commodities Group, LLC effective June 1, 2018.”

The Redwood Group merchandises grain and energy products throughout the U.S., Canada and internationally. It also owns and operates handling and processing assets in Missouri, Nebraska and Montana in addition to several leases and partnerships throughout North America.

Redwood said it looks forward to continuing to build transparent relationships with Iowa producers by providing exceptional customer service and by offering competitive marketing options for its farmers.
