For 25 years, Eurogerm has specialized in research, development, blending and marketing of flour correctors, bread improvers, specialty bread premixes and technical cereals for use in the milling industry, bakery, pasta plants, dietetic food, and breakfast cereals. Eurogerm ingredients compounds are custom made, specifically engineered and tested in the company’s baking center. Eurogerm ingredients offer various functions: improved performance of flours and finished products (technical glutens, enzymes), improved taste and color (toasted cereal flour, wheat germ) and nutritional additives (fibers, vitamins, minerals).
