CHOPIN Technologies specializes in methods and equipment for the quality control of cereals, flours, and their derivatives. This commitment results in regular production of unique tools recognized by many international standards and organizations (ISO, CEN, AACCI, CCI) and is adaptable for different needs in the cereal processing chains.

Its predictive analytical tools allow the determination of moisture, protein and ash content (Infraneo), alpha amylase activity (Amylab FN), milling performance and extraction rate (LabMill), starch damage (SDmatic), dough visco-elastic properties (Alveolab), dough behavior during mixing, proofing and baking (Mixolab and RheoF4).

These devices are manufactured in France and distributed throughout the world via its two subsidiaries in Kansas, U.S.; Beijing, China, and a network of 60 distributors especially selected for their knowledge of the cereal industries.
