CRYSTAL LAKE, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Mathews Company (M-C) announced on Feb. 11 a new accreditation designation program for its dealers.
The Mark of Excellence Dealer Program establishes a universal set of standards that recognizes full-service dealers who have made a significant investment in facilities, parts, service, employees, promotion, product and technical training as well as clearly defined business and sales goals.
Mark of Excellence Dealers complete on-going training in M-C product knowledge and have completed certification in core classes at M-C University for Technical Service Training.
For M-C customers, the Mark of Excellence dealers are factory-trained, authorized, full-service dealers who provide M-C’s complete product line up, and who are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Customers can have assurance that they are dealing with a professional business operation with exceptional product knowledge and expertise, offer competitive prices, premium brands, and variety of products to meet their needs, M-C said.
Forty-four Mathews Company dealers have earned this accreditation in 2012.
Accreditation must be earned by dealers each year. Mark of Excellence dealers can be identified by a unique logo which dealers will use in their promotional efforts.
