Bühler Application Center helps millers find solutions

BANGALORE, INDIA — The Application Center at Bühler’s South Asia headquarters in Bangalore, India, is a state-of-the-art test facility for a variety of product and machine trials.
It provides opportunities for today’s grain milling industry to find new solutions, establish new findings, and identify new operational parameters to improve existing applications. The ultra-modern center of competence includes the following processes: atta milling, rice milling, coffee roasting and grinding, partial germination, pasteurization, as well as trainings.
The Application Center offers training. Mill owners, mill managers and mill operators can enhance their skills not only with theoretical and practical know-how but also with hands-on training. With the acquired techniques and procedures they can expand their knowledge and understanding of commercial scale intake, conveying, cleaning, weighing, grading, and milling of paddy and wheat, and are well prepared to operate and manage their mills successfully, Bühler said.
