UZWIL, SWITZERLAND — Bühler said on July 2 that winners of the Supplier Innovation Challenge have been chosen.
Due to the large number of innovative and promising ideas, the Steering Committee – directed by the Bühler Corporate Supply Management and Corporate Technology – has decided to continue with five instead of the three originally envisioned partnerships.
Bühler looks forward to building an innovation partnership with the following companies: Bossard, Marti Engineering, Oswald, Schneider Electric, and Siemens.
In the next phase, initial meetings will be held, and the business units of Bühler concerned will be involved to further develop the contents of the ideas. The first results will be presented on the next Bühler Supplier Event Day on Nov. 22.
In view of the positive feedback received throughout from the participating suppliers and the specialist functions of Bühler, the decision has been made to hold the Innovation Challenge on an annual basis.
