CRYSTAL LAKE, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Mathews Company (M-C), a global grain dryer manufacturer, announced on June 1 that it has promoted Jeremy Kemp to sales and marketing manager.
Kemp replaces Trygve Behny who left the company in May. He will be responsible for managing sales efforts for Mathews Company’s U.S. and Canadian territories.
In his position as marketing & technology services manager, Kemp was instrumental in using his nine plus years experience at Allstate Insurance, and later, Equity Residential as interactive marketing manager, to successfully establish a dedicated marketing department for Mathews Company. He has a bachelor’s of arts degree in management and leadership from Judson University. The move to managing sales efforts gives Kemp the hands-on opportunity to work directly with regional territory managers and dealers, obtain dealer and customer feedback, and spearhead dealer development in key areas. The combined position of sales & marketing Manager will allow Kemp to directly develop and oversee sales and marketing programs that will support dealer sales efforts to increase M-C’s overall market share.
