KMZ acquires Brice Baker's grain storage, processing business

KIEV, UKRAINE — KMZ Industries has acquired the key assets of Brice Baker Group’s grain storage and processing business, namely the automated Bradbury production lines and all intellectual property rights for Brice Baker silos and dryers, including the renowned Law-Denis grain dryers, KMZ announced on March 13.
This acquisition is in line with KMZ Industries strategic development plan to significantly enhance its product offering and expand production capacities in order to accommodate increasing market demand for storage and processing equipment, maintain its leadership status in Ukraine and strengthen its positions in CIS region.
