SHEFFIELD, IOWA, U.S. — Hall Industries, part of the LeMar Industries family of companies, announced on Feb. 27 that it has more than doubled its production with a 48,000-square-foot expansion due to be completed in mid-March.

“This move significantly increases Hall’s fabrication capacity, giving us even more ability to serve customers’ needs,” said Jason Luster, general manager. “In conjunction with our overall LEAN manufacturing continuous improvement plan, the expansion of Hall’s capabilities opens doors for us in serving market demand more quickly and efficiently.”

The new construction brings Hall’s total production space to more than 80,000 square feet, including a state-of-the-art powder coat facility, laser processing, plate rolling, robotic welding and more.

“This is just one of many steps in achieving our vision for overall growth at Hall Industries,” said Luster. “Customers will reap the rewards of new standards in service, flexibility and product development.”

Production at the company’s design and metal shop includes custom design and fabrication for both the grain and seed industries.

Hall Industries is a subsidiary of LeMar Industries Corp. The fabrication shop primarily services the ag industry from its Sheffield, Iowa, U.S., headquarters.
