Intersystems acquires Abel Manufacturing's core product lines

OMAHA, NEBRASKA, U.S. — Intersystems announced on Dec. 30 that it has purchased the core product lines of Abel Manufacturing, Inc. (AMI) of Appleton, Wisconsin, U.S. The design and manufacture of these product lines, which include AMI’s Square Bolted Bins and Micro Ingredient Systems, will be immediately transferred to Intersystems’ Omaha, Nebraska, U.S. facility along with sales and customer service.
Intersystems said the addition of the products from Abel expands its commitment as a full line supplier of heavy duty equipment for the feed and grain industries.
