STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN — Perten Instruments announced on Sept. 29 that it has been acquired by Valedo, a Swedish private equity firm.
Perten said it has achieved yearly double

With support from Valedo, Perten will actively participate in and drive the transformation of the industry." said Sven Holmlund, group chief executive officer of Perten.
