Registration opens for IAOM Southeast Asia Conference

HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM — Join milling professionals from around Asia at the 4th Annual Southeast Asia District Conference & Expo on Oct. 8-10, at the Asiana Saigon InterContinental Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
A pre-conference workshop on Elements of Sanitation and Pest Management in Flour Mills will open the program on Oct. 8. Dr. Subramanyam (Subi) Bhadriraju, Wilbur Endowed Professor at Kansas State University, will conduct the pest management workshop. The workshop will focus on: Sanitation in Grain Storage Sanitation of Mills Pest Management Concepts Management of Rodents, Birds and Insects
The Leadership Council has developed a comprehensive schedule of educational presentations, which include such topics as heat-treated flour, infestation technology, wheat market updates, and Chukki-mill ground whole wheat flour. There will be plenty of exhibition time scheduled for attendees to visit the industry’s leading milling equipment and service suppliers.
