China International Rice Expo planned Dec. 8-10

WUHU, CHINA — The China International Rice Expo — The 2nd Annual International Rice Conference & Expo — will be held Dec.8-10 at the Wuhu International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wuhu, China.
The event is hosted by China Business Herald; Food Bureau of Anhui Province; People’s Government of Wuhu; and the Wuhu City Trade Promotion Committee.
China Rice Expo 2012 is focused on the healthy and sustainable development of rice industry, promoting rice brands, improving mechanization level, showcasing companies, expanding sales channels, deepening research and exchange of technology, and driving the world rice industry to a sustainable development stage.
Show objectives include recommending new species and cultivating technology to big farming households; showcasing safe, nutritious and delicious products to lead customers’ brand-purchasing habit; improving the rate of mechanization utilization; helping potential companies move to the world stage, and building its Chinese trademark worldwide.
The event is held annually, rotating throughout the whole region.
