The new Winning 88 hammer mill from Wuxi Foreign Trade Corp., Wuxi, China, features a double-grinding design in the chamber, which makes particles more uniform. The result is a 15% increase in output, Wuxi said.
The vacuum-welded hammer and surface-hardened hammer pins extend service life while decreasing the accessory consumption.
The adjustment of the hammer's position on the rotor helps form two different gaps between the hammer and screen, and is suitable for both normal and fine grinding. The rotor, which can run clockwise or counterclockwise, facilitates feeding from two different directions, resulting in less vibration and longer working life.
The inspection door can be opened from the side of the mill, making it easy to inspect and change hammers.
