Stock Equipment Co. acquires Redler Ltd.

CHAGRIN FALLS, OHIO, U.S. — The Stock Equipment Company has announced that the business assets of U.K.-based Redler Limited have been purchased from the Buhler Group.
Stock Equipment Company, based in Chagrin Falls, is a global supplier of bulk material handling systems and environmental control technologies. Started in 1929, Stock today is active in coal feed systems with installations in 36 countries.
Redler is one of the U.K.’s leading suppliers of systems for bulk material handling. It has served many industries for more than 75 years and today focuses its activities on the power and process, ports and terminals, biomass and renewable energy and grain handling industries.
"In merging our two businesses, the company will be in a unique position to offer a comprehensive portfolio of technologies to the power generation industry in Europe and bring the Redler product line to new markets globally," Stock Equipment officials said. The Redler Division will become the European headquarters for Stock Equipment Co.
