Siberia to set up grain exchange

In a recent meeting in Novosibirsk to organize a unified Siberian food market, the Coordination Council of the Interregional Association Siberian Agreement decided to set up a regional grain exchange as an instrument for protecting agricultural enterprises without state regulation. The new exchange will enable Siberian grain companies to dictate their terms and prices on the unorganized market and to form their own policy.
