The 9th Russian Cereals and Mixed Feed Show, to be held in Moscow on Feb 10-13, 2004, is the major trade show for mixed feed production and grain processing sectors in CIS countries.
The fair is organized by Expokhleb Marketing Center, and is sponsored by the Agricultural Committee of the Soviet Federation, the Russian Grain Union, the Feed Millers Union and The Russian Agriculture Ministry’s Fish Farming Corporation (Rosrybkhoz). Arkady Zlachevsky, President of the RGU and Leonid Akhozov, president of Mixed Feed Union, both will give keynote addresses.
Organizers expect around 200 attendees and nearly 80 exhibitors. Presentations will cover a range of topics, particularly issues and prospects for mixed feed markets in Russia. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of issues involved in doing business in the Russian grain and mixed feed markets, with particular coverage of major players, market forces and key success factors, organizers said.
The meeting last held in February 2003 drew nearly 1,000 attendees from 19 countries, seven of which were CIS countries. Exhibitors numbered 178 from 14 countries.
