In 1892, inventor F.H. Schule was granted a patent for a paddy separator for use in the rice milling industry. Today, the Schule paddy separator is F. H. Schule Muehlenbau GmbH's most popular product.
For more than 100 years, Schule has focused on rice milling. Its rice processing machinery and technologies are based on experience from rice mills around the world and from intensive research and development at Schule's testing facilities in Hamburg. New, efficient machinery and techniques for hulling, separation and whitening resulting from this experience and research include the Schule rubber roll sheller, the high capacity closed circuit husk separator, and the new Verticone whitener.
