The company P.T. Intisentosa Alambahtera, Jakarta, ordered a Sangati combined mechanical Transmec-C ship loader/unloader for its bulk handling terminal at the Port of Bandar Lampung in Indonesia. The unit is designed to handle wheat, maize, soybeans, soymeal, derivatives and free-flowing and non-free flowing products at a capacity of 400 tonnes per hour from vessels up to 80,000 dwt.

The Sangati Transmec-C 400-tph combined mechanical loader/unloader is being used to unload wheat, maize, soymeal and derivates as well as free-flowing and non-free flowing products from vessels up to 10,000 dwt.

The unit was scheduled for delivery at beginning of 2000 and was to have been operational by March 2000, Sangati said.
