The Kice QuikShip Center, a new customer service division created by Kice Industries, Wichita, Kansas, U.S., allows the company to take orders for new or replacement parts and process and ship them within four to 48 hours.
The QuikShip Center keeps a running inventory of the line of Speed Spout pneumatic conveying tubing, dust duct, blowers, diverter valves, model V-J airlocks, couplings and gear motors as well as parts for Kice's milling machines, filters, centrifugal fans, splitters and slide gates.
The customer service team is based at Kice's south manufacturing plant in Wichita, making it easier to coordinate and manage shipments, the company said.
