Prokop, a manufacturer of flour milling machines and equipment in Pardubice, Czech Republic, and its engineers are dedicated to developing new machines and renovating existing equipment to meet customer demands for efficiency, power and space savings. Prokop's PTMT debranning process increases mill capacity, allows for processing of sprouted wheat and improves flour quality. Step by step, the PTMT system removes bran layers from the wheat kernel. The system works by making use of physical and chemical properties of different bran layers.
