      Enclosed belt conveyors

Enclosed belt conveyors from Hi Roller, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, U.S., are designed to contain dust and spilled material and feature a patented automatic reloading system that avoids product build-up, costly wear and down time.

All bearings are mounted outside the enclosure and numerous idler designs eliminate the need for internal brackets or ledges where material can build up. An anti-static slide return allows the belt to continually wipe the bottom of the enclosure clean of any dust or spilled material.

Large quantities of dry, bulk materials can be handled in either horizontal or steep incline applications and the enclosed conveyors can incorporate intermediate or two-way end discharges. Continuous use conveyors for plant feed applications are clean, quiet, reliable and energy efficient. Bi-directional conveyors may be self-cleaning and reloading in both directions. Tunnels and building interiors are kept clean and safe.
