In the field of super-imposed grinding, the double-high rollermill from Ocrim S.p.A., Cremona, Italy, is a major innovation with overlapping rolls and intermediate sifting. The patented design incorporates turbo-sifters after grinding to improve machine capacity and efficiency by removing fines before the next grinding pass. Available in 800, 1,000 and 1,250 mm roll length, the RMQ/CS is equipped with a variable-speed feed roll controlled by capacitance probes, belt differential drive, automatic roll engage/disengage, advanced electronic diagnostic program and optional automatic roll gap control.
