is the largest manufacturer of elevator buckets in North America. Located on two hectares of company-owned property, Tapco has served the grain, feed, flour and agricultural industry worldwide since 1974. Tapco has distributors in more than 50 countries and inventories are maintained in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Venezuela, Canada, Australia and France. Tapco's dedication to quality, service and customer satisfaction is unparalleled.
With 41 sizes of injection-molded style CC-HD elevator buckets for the agricultural market — available in either full size or low profile (EuroBucket) configurations — you're sure to find the bucket that meets your needs. Fabricated steel buckets are also available.
Tapco also maintains the largest inventory of elevator bolts in the Western Hemisphere. Four styles (No. 1, No. 3, blunt fanged and pointed end fanged) are stocked in carbon steel, stainless steel and zinc plated. Our inventory of over 11 million pieces guarantees you the proper bolt when you need it.
In addition, Tapco inventories and markets the Jackson Plate Belt Fastener. This fastener for elevator belts is the next best thing to a vulcanized splice. For over 80 years, the Jackson Splice has done the job for the grain industry providing the best mechanical splice made. Other products include abrasion resistant sheet lining (in UHMW and urethane), drag flights and hanger bearings for screw conveyors, all of which reduce wear and friction in your grain facility.
Recently, Ricegrowers Cooperative in Australia concluded an experiment to find an elevator bucket that collected the least amount of buildup of rice pollard (bran from the husk of the rice). Tapco urethane buckets were among the eight types tested and were found to collect the least amount of buildup. Even the undersides of the bucket were clean.
