Brock Grain and Feed Systems is a leading manufacturer and marketer of grain and feed storage bins and silos. The company also manufactures and markets storage accessories, such as doors, drying floors, ladders, roller belt conveyors and aeration fans.
The company, part of the Chore-Time Brock (CTB, Inc.) family of companies, is the result of combining Brock Manufacturing, Milford, Indiana, U.S., and the former Butler Grain Systems, Kansas City, Missouri, U.S. As a result of the merger, the company has developed and is now marketing its "Next Generation" line of commercial grain storage silos.
The largest model of the company's new line of silos features a 32-meter (105-foot) diameter, an eave height of 26 meters (84 feet) with a 35-meter (116-foot) overall height, and a maximum storage capacity of 18,500 tonnes (680,000 bus). The company also offers a line of commercial hopper-bottom holding silos available in diameters up to 11 meters (36 feet).
Brock also recently introduced a line of enclosed roller-belt conveyors for use in efficiently and economically conveying various grains. Engineered for low maintenance and durability, Brock's new enclosed roller-belt conveyor line has models from 460 to 1370 mm (18 to 54 inches) wide. The conveyors are made of galvanized steel and have self-cleaning and reloading capabilities to recapture any spilled grain from the belt.
The company also has available a line of vane axial and centrifugal aeration fans and fan controls for high performance grain drying and conditioning.
