The Essmueller Company, Laurel, Mississippi, U.S., introduces two new conveyors to its line of bulk material handling equipment. The ET (enclosed trough) is a fully enclosed, continuously supported CEMA standard belt conveyor with a coefficient of friction of .10 to 1.12. The carrying chamber is separate from the return chamber, making it impossible for material to spill onto the return belt. The EM (en-masse), patent pending, is a version of the ET with attached en-massing sides that can be mounted in a vertical, acute or obtuse angle, depending on the material. The ET and EM have capacities ranging from 1,800 to over 1 million bph.
