CII Laboratory Services, located in Kansas City, Missouri, U.S., is an ISO 9001 certified laboratory dedicated to the grain, milling and baking industry. Directly focused on the cereal grain industry, CII provides analytical capabilities that cater to the very specific needs of the food and agri-business sectors.

Our offerings include (but are not limited to):

•proximate analyses;

•physical dough testing;

•other grain and flour analyses;

•HPLC mycotoxin and vitamin analyses;

•minerals by atomic absorption;

•microbiological testing;

•nutritional testing and GMO testing.

CII Laboratory Services provides the industry with the annual Wheat Crop Quality Survey covering three wheat classes. This data is provided to U.S. Wheat Associates for its annual quality report used in marketing the U.S. wheat crop around the world.

CII works in partnership with American Institute of Baking and the Long Company to provide analytical services to their members and clients.

CII also provides inspection sampling and testing of port vessels.
