ARGUN, CHECHNYA, RUSSIA — A milling complex comprising a 500 tonnes per day capacity flour mill, feed mill and grain elevator has been opened in the Chechen town of Argun.
The facility, the largest of its kind in the North Caucasus, was opened by Chechen Prime Minister Anatoly Popov.
