REINACH, SWITZERLAND — Mesma Trading AG will soon begin publishing newsletters that will review the application, characteristics and environmental influences of spare- and wearing parts for the milling industry.
The informative newsletter will try to assist millers in the selection of replacement spares by offering various hints and tips instrumental to the required applications.
"Millers would like to replace sieve cleaners, sleeves for plansifters, filter sleeves, bolting cloth, elevator buckets and belts, drive and conveyor belts, perforated metal sheets, cylinder rolls and all the other necessities according to the standard of the Original Equipment Manufacturer," Mesma said. "Yet, so often, since third companies produce these spares, millers have to procure them."
Although experience and knowledge simplify the task of selecting the right product, it is important to know parameters to facilitate the correct replacement selection, Mesma said.
