International Feed Markets conference set in Brussels

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM Drivers for change and opportunities for growth in the international feed industry will be discussed at the International Feed Markets '99 conference, Oct. 7-8 in Brussels.
The conference is being sponsored by AgraEurope in cooperation with Sosland Publishing Co., Kansas City, Mo., the publisher of World Grain.
Conference topics will include consequences for feed markets after Agenda 2000 and before the next round of World Trade Organization negotiations, the outlook for feedstuffs in the next millenium, world market demand and prices, regulatory procedures and identity preservation, technological advances in genetically modified feed and grain, developments in food safety and new feed ingredients and sources of nutrition.
The scheduled keynote speaker is Lars Christian Hoelgaard, a European Commission director.
