Great Western Manufacturing Co., Inc., Leavenworth, Kansas, U.S., has adapted its proven gyratory sifting/screening technology to produce an in-line pressure sifter for use in pneumatic conveying systems.
The In-Line Tru-Balance design features three models that remove oversized impurities through direct insertion into a pneumatic conveying line. The net sieving area ranges from 0.9 to 5.9 square meters.
Proprietary engineering allows customers to eliminate costly equipment such as cyclone receivers, airlocks, receiving hoppers and blowers, which would be required if a standard, atmospheric pressure sifter were utilized. The design reduces initial costs and decreases maintenance and sanitation expenses over the life of the system.
All models include the company's proven drive technology for vibration-free performance.
