The infestation destroyer by Entoleter, Inc., Hamden, Connecticut, U.S., is known for treating and preventing infestation growth in milled flour. With the introduction of the Entoleter Scourer Aspirator, a unit that scours, cleans and removes infested whole wheat kernels, and with adjustments to operating parameters, the Entoleter impact mill can be used as more than an infestation destroyer. Millers have used various Entoleter rotor and liner configurations to aid the production of superior milled flour. The Entoleter mill also is used for pre-breaking prior to roller mills, specialty grinding of head middlings, tail end milling and homogenous mixing of two or more flour types and additives. The impact mill provides ease of installation, operation, maintenance and reliable longevity performance.
