, Washington, D.C., have collaborated to assemble a combination guidebook/video package to assist in proper training of confined space operations. The 200-page book suggests guidelines for developing operations policies and procedures to promote occupational safety and health hazards, particularly concerned with entry into confined spaces. Additional information, including government regulations and sample policies and procedures, is also available.
