Giant oilseed plant for China

SINGAPORE — Singaporean firm, Fanlian Group, is to invest $48 million in building Asia’s biggest oilseed processing plant in Chongqing, China.
To be known as Xinfu Food Co., the plant will have a daily capacity of 6,000 tonnes oilseeds. It will be built in two stages, with the first slated for completion in a year.
