Seedburo Equipment Company, Chicago, Illinois, and Gamet Manufacturing recently announced the purchase of Gamet, a division of Seedburo, by three former employees, Mark Olson, Jerry Welter and Andrew Welter.
Gamet will continue to be headquartered in St. Paul. Olson will serve as president, Jerry Welter as vice-president and Andrew Welter as corporate secretary.
Gamet Manufacturing, Inc., will continue to manufacture and sell automatic grain sampling equipment and truck probes, in addition to providing expertise on sampling-system installation. The company will also continue to produce many laboratory devices for Seedburo.
"These have been our focus for many years and we intend to continue to be a leading supplier to the industry for these products," Olson said.
