designs and manufactures plants and equipment for grain storage, handling, processing and preservation. With highly specialized engineering, Frame is experienced in many different industrial applications, and has installed grain handling systems worldwide.
Frame grain storage silos are designed to meet each customer's requirements for quality, cost and service. Silo capacities range from up to 10,000 tonnes for flat bottom bins to 750 tonnes for hopper bottom bins.
Frame silos are made with corrugated-sheet steel panels reinforced with sturdy outside stiffeners. High-resistance steel is used with Sendzimir galvanizing. Silo roofs are made of trapezoidal, galvanized, ribbed sheet steel to support heavy loads. Parts are assembled with high-strength bolts guaranteed against corrosion by a Dacromet coating. Special elasto-plastic materials and PVC washers ensure a perfect seal between panels and bolts.
The benefits of metal silos include lower foundation costs, lower cost per cubic meter, homogenous quality of product and fast project completion, Frame said.
Frame also manufactures a wide range of high-quality, efficient grain handling and processing equipment, including belt conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pre-cleaners, cleaners and dryers. A complete set of accessories is also available, including ladders, catwalks, ventilation systems and sweep augers.
The company also designs and manufactures steel buildings, square bins and smooth-wall round bins in a modular structure erected without welding. This equipment was specifically conceived and developed for cereal storage processing plants, flour mills and feed mills.
Frame's quality system is ISO 9001 certified. The company guarantees the design, supply, construction and operating efficiency of entire storage plants.
