Dover Industries buys Halton

BURLINGTON, ONTARIO, CANADA — Dover Industries Limited purchased for cash the assets and all unfulfilled orders of Canada’s largest independently owned flour mill, Halton Flour Milling Inc. of Acton, Ontario on May 1, 2003.
Halton Flour Milling Inc. has operated in Acton, Ontario since the early 1800s. In 1998, capacity was doubled with the construction of a new dedicated soft wheat flour mill with a capacity of 120 tonnes per day.
Dover has retained Halton’s key management and operational staff.
