Clean Air Management Company, Inc. (CAMCORP), Shawnee, Kansas, U.S., says its new bin vent design is easier and safer to maintain than traditional designs.
The 45-inch, low-profile BinPal 2000 features a compact design and cylindrical shape, which allows for use in tight spaces and eliminates the need for confined space permits. Ladders, cages and platforms are not needed to service the units. The design also eliminates the chances of dropping bags, cages or tools.
The top-side, lift-off door allows for easy, ‘clean-side' access to filters and requires no tools for cartridge replacement.
CAMCORP credits the cylindrical design for BinPal 2000's high vacuum and pressure ratings and sanitary product contact. The unit is made of lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum and features state-of-the-art, spun-bonded polyester filtration media, which are washable and exceed emission standards of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
