Plansifter models GQT-G and GQT-GS from Golfetto S.p.A., Padova, Italy, were designed with CAD and other high-level technology manufacturing systems. Standard or "total surface" sieves can be used. The clothing is kept clean with free-moving elements that also clean the sieve bottoms. The quality wood sieves also have a wear-resistant cladding and facilitate product discharge. The sifter can have 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 compartments, each of which can be equipped with up to 10 outlets. Internal compartment walls are stainless steel. The plansifter consists of a central section for the drive mechanism and two lateral compartments and two lateral sections where the sieve compartments are arranged.
