Frame S.p.A. designs and manufactures plants and equipment for grain storage, handling, processing and preservation. Frame silos, ranging up to 10,000 tonnes capacity, are designed to meet each customer's requirements for quality, cost and service.
The company manufactures a range of high-quality, efficient grain handling and processing equipment, including belt conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pre-cleaners, cleaners and dryers, complete with a set of accessories.
Frame also designs and manufactures steel buildings, square bins and smooth-wall round bins in a modular structure erected without welding. This equipment was specifically conceived and developed for cereal storage processing plants, flour mills and feed mills.
Grain storage silos by Frame are made of corrugated-sheet steel panels reinforced with sturdy outside stiffeners of profiled sheet steel. High-resistance steel is used with Sendzimir galvanizing, 350 g/m2. The roof is made of trapezoidal, galvanized, ribbed-sheet steel to support heavy loads. The parts are assembled with high-strength bolts guaranteed against corrosion by a Dacromet coating. Special elastoplastic materials and PVC washers ensure a perfect seal between panels and bolts.
Frame's quality system is ISO 9001 certified. The company guarantees the design, supply, construction and operating efficiency of entire storage plants, everyday, directly at your service throughout the world.
