Agrex names representative, adds test milling unit

Padova, Italy — Agrex S.p.A. has appointed Ben Ross of Lenexa, Kansas, U.S., the North American representative for the sale of Agrex compact mills and associated equipment in the territory.
Ross joined Agrex this September and will be responsible for all Agrex related business in North America. He joins Agrex from his most recent position as partner and vice president, Sebatec America Inc., Lenexa. Prior to that, he was with Sangati America Inc., at the time the North American subsidiary of the Sangati Berga Group (now GBS).
Ross was transferred to the U.S. by Henry Simon Ltd., and became vice president and general manager at its North American operation, Henry Simon Inc., then located in Kansas City.
"We are pleased to welcome Ben to our staff" said Mario Demenego, the International Sales Manager of the Agrex Group. "Ben brings a wealth of experience with him in international milling but also a through knowledge of the North American industry, having spent the past 17 years in the area in various capacities. I have no doubt that he will be a major asset to us in our efforts to provide the best technical service and support to our customers," he concluded.
Agrex specializes in the design, manu-facture, supply and installation of a complete range of compact mills.
As part of its ongoing customer service, Agrex has recently made available a complete grain cleaning, tempering and test milling unit at its factory in Padova. Milling tests can be conducted on this mill using "client specific" grain, allowing immediate evaluation of the mill performance and finished product quality.
