ROLLE, SWITZERLAND — Philippe Nahon, the executive in charge of grains trading in Africa and the Middle East at Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM), is leaving the company, according to a report from Reuters.

Nahon joined ADM in September 2002, having started at grains trading house Alfred C. Toepfer. ADM acquired the remaining 20% stake in Toepfer from InVivo for $113.6 million in April 2014, and in July 2014 the company was renamed ADM Germany GmbH.

According to the Reuters report, Nahon was asked to leave ADM early this week and was no longer going to the EMEA headquarters based in Rolle, Switzerland.
