DECATUR, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) announced on Aug. 21 that Christina Hahn has been appointed vice-president, investor relations and competitive analysis, where she will represent the company to the investment community and act as an advocate for shareholder value creation. Hahn had previously served as director, corporate strategy & competitive analysis.

“To continue the progress we have made in improving returns and creating shareholder value, we are continuing to strengthen our team and build upon our talent base,” said ADM Chief Financial Officer Ray Young. “With her strategic thinking, her knowledge of our industry and her profound understanding of shareholder value creation, Christina will be an excellent representative to the investment community and advocate for shareholder value creation.”

Hahn joined ADM in March of this year, following a career as one of the most well-respected investment analysts on Wall Street covering the agricultural processing space. Prior to joining ADM, she was head of agricultural commodities research at Deutsche Bank, and an equity research analyst in agribusiness and proteins. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in business management and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, U.S., and a master’s of business administration in finance and economics from New York University.
