ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, U.S. — From June 16-19, the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) will host the biennial Feed Industry Institute (FII) educational forum in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S. The conference is sponsored by AFIA's Purchasing and Ingredient Suppliers Conference Committee. This year's theme is "Your Path to Understanding the Feed Industry."
AFIA said that FII provides an ideal educational forum to learn about the feed and ingredient industry first hand from highly qualified industry experts. The program is designed for individuals new to the feed industry. In addition to the educational programming, FII has been designed to provide attendees with the perfect opportunity to mingle with colleagues and lecturers in the feed, pet food and ingredient industries as well as discover helpful FII literature to help enhance professional development all while supporting their company.
FII offers numerous sessions, sharing practical information on the best practices that can help attendees in their day-to-day work. The course sessions have been approved by the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists for 21 continuing education units (CEUs).
